Deviations, such as a fast back, different cowl, etc, creates many a head scratching moment. Case in point is the Harmon bulkheads.

Building an RV-4. Empennage is complete, primered, and hanging on the wall. Time to complete the empennage: 150 hours. The wings are finished and stored. As of now, the fuse is in the jig, and about ready to skin. The plan is 160hp Lycoming, Catto Prop, and VFR day / night, initially.
