It’s perfectly obvious that many of them are discontinued. The JU-06, JP-08, and and JX-03, for instance, haven’t been available as regular in-stock items from any dealer for years.

The arpeggiator and sequencer absolutely rock. When MIDI’d up to my 88-note controller, the entire range is at my disposal. I am so glad I purchased these, especially now that the JU-06 has been discontinued , but this JU-06A definitely has more features and I didn’t care for the dual ribbon controllers on the old version.

I think Roland makes em in batches. AFAIK, the JU-06, JX-03, JP-08, VP-03 and TR-09 were the only limited Boutiques.
7/16/2018 · It looks like Roland must be discontinuing their Boutique Jp-08. I had been contemplating pulling the trigger on one of these when I barely noticed Sweetwater took it off their website. I called and said theyre being discontinued . Such a shame. Now the prices will probably go up like ju-06.
